Public Comment Format
All meetings will begin at 4:30 pm. For meetings where time for public comment has been scheduled, there will be an opportunity to sign up during the 30 minute period prior to the start of each meeting, beginning at 4:00 pm. The last 20 minutes of the meeting will be reserved for comment, and the allotted time will be divided amongst the total number of people who signed up prior to start of meeting.
